- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Track project performance,



specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Report and escape to management as needed, providing regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project management processes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of BD Rowa's products and services to effectively guide project implementation.
- Ability to manage the life cycle of the order
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare, automation, or pharmaceutical
