Overview As Head of Business Development, you lead the BDR function to scale and mature across Europe and beyond. You shape the strategy and playbook, coach leaders and teams, and align BDR efforts with Sales and Marketing to drive growth. You'll operate at strategic and hands-on levels, turning data into actions that improve performance. This role offers the chance to influence a fast-growing, mission-driven company and to scale a critical function in a leading influencer marketing platform.

Lead and develop the BDR organization across multiple markets
Support managers with performance management, development and career progression
Build management practices to ensure structure and support for high performance
Own and evolve the BDR strategy and playbook (inbound/outbound)
Adapt prospecting strategies to different markets and segments




Test and implement new approaches to improve prospecting, qualification and conversion
Monitor key metrics (meetings booked, SQLs, sales contribution) and analyze performance
Improve processes, systems and tools supporting the BDR function
Ensure adoption of the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Cognism, Claude, Clay, Apollo)
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align BDR activity with go-to-market strategy
Represent the BDR function in wider commercial discussions
Strong B2B SaaS experience in a scaling organization
~ Strategic yet hands-on leader who can develop strategy and playbook
~ Strong commercial and analytical mindset with data-driven decision ability
~ Experience implementing and managing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Cognism, Claude, Clay, Apollo
~ Fluent in English; ability to lead across multiple European markets
