Non aspetti, scorra verso il basso e invii la sua candidatura il prima possibile per non perdere l'possibilità.We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team in Milan and play a key role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.You’ll work across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis, transforming financial and operational data into clear insights that help shape business decisions and support the growth of a fast‑scaling company.This is an opportunity for an analytical, curious, and detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, collaborating cross‑functionally, and taking ownership of projects with a direct impact on the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processesBuild and maintain financial models covering P&L, cash flow, scenarios, and business planningMonitor and analyze key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn rate, and runwayPrepare management reporting and contribute to board and investor reportingPerform variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunitiesPartner with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to support data-driven decision‑makingContribute to fundraising, due diligence, and strategic finance projectsIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analytical capabilitiesWhat We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or a similar analytical roleStrong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detailConfidence in building, interpreting,
