He/She is responsible for the timely execution of the activities in relation to orders, and for the respect of HS&E procedures in his/her area.Main tasks and responsibilitiesBased on the production plan, he/she guarantees the proper installation of the moulds onto the machines.Supervises the set up and the start of the machinery also using the proxy toolEnsures that the first productions after the installation are properly controlled, in order to verify that the products fit the standards in term of qualityIn case of problems,



he/she is responsible for their solution and for restoring the desired quality levelsEnsures that all the relevant information are stored in the production ERPHandles materials with forklift and overhead craneSupports quality control activitiesSupport scaling-up of protypesEnsures the correct execution of HS&E policies, and the adoption of HS&E best practicesMonitors the status of efficiency of the machines and suggests maintenance interventionsSupervises the ordinary cleaning of the workplaceCoordinates his teams (tool setters and shift leaders), assessing their performance xysqume and skills and taking care of their developmentStrong focus on high standard of order and cleaning in all the production areaKnowlwdge of 5S standars and Lean PrinciplesHigh level of communication and capability of manteining solid relationshipsEducation and experienceTechnical High School Diploma5 years of experience as a tool setter in manufacturing companies, and 2 years as team leaderPlace of work: Vittorio Veneto (TV).Salary range: 40/45K.#J-18808-Ljbffr
