THE TEAMThe Stewarding team plays a vital role in supporting the success of the Food & Beverage operation across the hotel. Working closely with Culinary, Food & Beverage, Procurement, and other operational departments, the team ensures that all operating equipment, kitchen utensils, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
This role leads a team of stewarding professionals while fostering a culture of teamwork, service excellence, and operational effectiveness. YOUR ROLEAs Stewarding Manager, you will oversee the efficient and cost-effective operation of the Stewarding function, ensuring seamless support to all hotel departments. You will be responsible for managing operating equipment inventories, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, driving operational excellence, and developing a high-performing team.
Through strong collaboration with Food & Beverage and Culinary leaders, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences while safeguarding hotel assets and resources. HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE* Lead the day-to-day Stewarding operation, ensuring smooth support across all Food & Beverage outlets and kitchen areas.* Manage inventories, par stocks, and operating equipment to ensure adequate supply while minimizing losses and breakages.* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout all back-of-house Food & Beverage areas.* Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to support daily operations, service delivery, and quality standards.* Oversee stewarding associates and external cleaning contractors, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and hygiene standards.* Monitor costs, productivity, and resource utilization to support financial goals and operational effici
