We are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to support our sales team in managing customer relationships and the end-to-end order process in a dynamic, international environment. This is a temporary position for 12 months.RESPONSIBILITIESManage the entire order process as the primary point of contact for customer order-related activitiesBuild and maintain professional relationships with customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, digital systems)Enter new orders, handle changes and cancellations, coordinate with plants to ensure on-time shipments, and resolve any issuesCollaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure correct invoicing, compliance with customer-specific requirements and high customer satisfactionUpdate and maintain accurate customer master data and provide backup support to other Customer Service colleagues when neededQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an administrative/commercial fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and attention to detail in an international, multicultural environmentStrong organizational skills, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset,



with the ability to manage changing prioritiesProficiency with common IT tools (Microsoft Excel and Word); experience with SAP is considered a plusFluency in Italian and English; knowledge of German is preferredThe gross annual salary for this temporary 12-month position is in the range of €28,000 to €33,000, depending on qualifications and experience.Westlake is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
