We are on an exciting growth and transformation journey not the least within our Mobile Power Solutions business. /p pThe Mobile Power Solutions portfolio encompasses cutting‑edge solar panels and alternators for efficient power generation, advanced inverters and chargers for seamless power conversion, and a diverse range of lithium batteries for reliable energy storage. /p pOur Pescara site is a key innovation and manufacturing hub for Mobile Power Solutions, and we are now looking for our next star: a passionate /p pMechanical Engineer to join our team. /p h3About the position /h3 pAs Mechanical Engineer you will have deep knowledge of EMEA MPS product portfolio and will help to the product strategy together with major key stakeholders, such as PD, Sales, Marketing, etc. to ensure a profitable growth in their respective ownership of a certain product portfolio. /p h3Your main responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign of mechanical details of power Mechanicals. /li liCollaborate with designers and backend developers to translate user requirements into technical specifications and implement innovative solutions. /li liSupport all stages of development from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and other technical problems. /li liCollaborative work with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain). /li liTogether with the marketing department Product Manager ensures a successful market launch and customer communication and event planning (e.g. trade fairs etc.),



to make sure that the products are positioned and recognized as intended by the market. /li liWill continuously monitor competitors, related technology, and markets trends /li liWill continuously test products and support and facilitate their validation /li liAdditional Responsibilities in Cooperation with Marketing Sales: Product presentations Product trainings (train internal sales teams, support for special customer events) /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 pYou are offered an interesting role in a dynamic, fast paced and global environment with great opportunities to grow and take on new challenges.
