Our technology starts with you.YOUR ROLEAs a key player within ST’s Corporate Audit & Risk Organisation, you will be responsible for supporting the activities of Corporate Risk in defining and deploying the company ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) roadmap and framework within the wider context of ST’s strategic direction. This involves working closely with Executive Management, Corporate and Business functions as well as a global network of ERM professionals (“ERM Champions”) and other ST stakeholders to contribute to ST’s overall success in a global VUCA business context. This position requires the ability to understand the semiconductor industry, relevant regulatory evolutions, ST’s business model and strategy as well as strong networking and communication skills. The primary location for this role is Geneva, Switzerland, and the position is open to Swiss residents and/or holders of a valid Swiss work permit.



The role is open to different seniority levels based on experience.Tasks include supporting the activities of Corporate Risk in the following dimensions:Corporate Risk RoadmapIdentifying new activities or improvement opportunities to further serve our internal stakeholders and increase the strategic relevance of ERMCompany-wide ERM processSupporting the Corporate Risk Owners in developing suitable response plans to priority risksPerforming specific risk assessment on transformation and other strategic company's programmesWriting position papers on emerging risk areasRisk management dimension of the company sustainability agenda, includingMaintaining and enhancing the ESG Double Materiality Assessment as per the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), preparing documentation for external auditingMaintaining and enhancing the ST France “Duty of Care” risk assessment, supporting the publication of ST France Vigilance PlanGaining deep understanding of sustainability mattersOrganisation-level ERM processLiaising closely with the network of ERM champions in order to drive Organisation-level risk management (risk maps in approximately 20 organisations)Organising monthly ERM Community calls and the annual conference of ERM championsDrafting disclosures (e.G. Form 20-F for the NYSE, European Integrated Report, CDP…)Risk policies, methodologies and systemsProposing a roadmap to further digitalise ERM processesMaintaining and upgrading the risk information system,



and support usersYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperienceA minimum of 7 years of professional experienceIn a Risk Management or related role in a leading organisationIn a diverse, international settingExperience in industry a plusCompetencesTeam spirit / mindsetBusiness analysis mindset: Curiosity / ability to “connect the dots”Ability to self develop competencies on specific subjects from scratch rapidlyA continuous self improvement attitudeWillingness to go the extra mile when necessaryAbility to develop relationships with colleagues and third parties at all levels and in various functionsAbility to influence and challenge the status quoAbility to cope well in a complex and pressured environmentProblem solving and result orientationDelivery of quality projects within expected timeframes with limited supervisionFluent English a must.
