The role will support the coordination and execution of a large-scale transformation program and offers broad exposure to cross-functional initiatives, business performance monitoring and interaction with senior leadership.
Support the monitoring and coordination of activities across multiple program workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall transformation objectives;
Support performance controlling activities by monitoring financial and operational targets and tracking progress against key objectives;
Contribute to program planning and provide dedicated support to strategic and business-critical initiatives;
Prepare consolidated reports and management updates for senior leadership and Top Management;
Facilitate and moderate discussions with workstream leaders and management stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment;
Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to support decision-making and progress tracking across the transformation program.
Engineering Master degree;
About 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
Excellent command of English;
