If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv. /p pJob Title /p pSolution Lead /p pAbout your role: /p pThe Solution Lead - Merchant Solutions is responsible for defining, designing, and leading the delivery of end-to-end merchant acquiring and payment solutions for banks, fintechs, payment service providers, and merchants. The role acts as the primary solution authority across client engagements, providing strategic and functional leadership to ensure successful implementation of acquiring platforms, payment gateways, switching, settlement, and value-added services. /p pThe Solution Lead serves as the key liaison between clients, business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and delivery organizations, ensuring that business objectives are translated into scalable, secure, and commercially viable payment solutions. /p pWhat you’ll do /p ul liOwn the end-to-end merchant acquiring solution across the project lifecycle. /li liLead solution architecture discussions and define target-state operating models. /li liEvaluate client requirements and align them with platform capabilities and product roadmaps. /li liDesign scalable solutions covering: Merchant Acquiring, Payment Gateways, Authorization Switching, Scheme Clearing Settlement, Merchant Pricing Billing, Reconciliation Reporting,



Fraud Management, Digital Commerce Value-Added Services /li liEnsure solution compliance with card scheme, regulatory, security, and operational requirements. /li liAct as trusted advisor for strategic client engagements. Lead client workshops, solution reviews, and executive presentations. /li liProvide consultative guidance on acquiring transformation, modernization, migration, and market expansion initiatives. /li liPresent solution options, risks, assumptions, and recommendations to client leadership teams. /li /ul pExperience you’ll need to have: /p ul liExtensive SME Functional knowledge in Merchant Acquiring Solutions covering payment gateway, authorization switches, scheme clearing settlements, merchant pricing, interchange and scheme fees, financial reconciliations. /li liAnalytical skills and understanding industry metrics and trends. /li li10+ years of experience in Payments, Banking Technology, or Merchant Acquiring. /li li5+ years in Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Solution Leadership roles. /li liDemonstrated experience delivering complex acquiring or payment transformation programs. /li liStrong customer-facing consulting experience with financial institutions or payment providers. /li /ul pSalary starting at 69,390 - negotiable depending on experience /p pOur commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: /p pFiserv is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
