We're supporting a leading multidisciplinary design and project consultancy in Milan with the appointment of an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of complex building and real estate projects.La preghiamo di leggere attentamente le informazioni contenute in questo annuncio di lavoro per comprendere esattamente cosa ci si aspetta dai potenziali candidati.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically capable Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning and pre-construction through delivery, commissioning and final handover.The RoleManaging construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handoverCoordinating multidisciplinary design, construction and consultant teamsManaging project programmes, key milestones and delivery schedulesMonitoring project cost, quality, risk and overall performanceSupporting procurement, tendering and contractor appointment processesManaging client, contractor and stakeholder relationshipsReviewing project progress and identifying potential risks or delaysCoordinating site activities and ensuring delivery aligns with design intent and contractual requirementsManaging variations, changes and project reportingSupporting commissioning, snagging, practical completion and final handoverEnsuring projects are delivered safely,



efficiently and to the required technical and quality standardsAbout YouWe're interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers who can demonstrate:Strong experience within construction, project management or consultancy environmentsExperience managing complex commercial, workplace, hospitality, residential or mixed-use projectsStrong understanding of the construction lifecycle from design through deliveryExperience coordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teamsGood knowledge of programme, cost, risk and change managementStrong client-facing and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to operate confidently in a fast-paced international project environmentDegree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline would be advantageousProfessional accreditation such as PMP, RICS, CIOB or equivalent would be beneficialThe OpportunityYou'll be joining an established multidisciplinary environment delivering high-profile projects across Milan and the wider Italian market.The role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, combining project management, construction delivery, technical coordination and client leadership. xysqume Both permanent and contract/freelance profiles may be considered, depending on experience and availability.Construction Project Manager Poreta, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
