h3Overview /h3 /brpWe are looking for a passionate bTransport Carrier Coordinator /b to join the Carrier Management Team within the Corporate Logistics Department at our HQ in Trebaseleghe (PD). /p /br /brh3Your Impact /h3 /brpThe Transport Carrier Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with carriers and transport service providers, developing and maintaining operational, commercial and contractual agreements, and ensuring effective operational and system integration. /p /brpThe resource will contribute to the continuous improvement of transportation performance and logistics service quality across the Group. /p /brpIn particular, the Transport Carrier Coordinator will: /p /brul /brliManage relationships with carriers and transport service providers, ensuring the maintenance of contracts and related documentation through business reviews and day-to-day operational interactions. /li /brliSupport the Worldwide Transportation Department in sourcing, tendering and supplier evaluation activities, contributing to operational and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. /li /brliCoordinate periodic business reviews with transport providers, monitoring service levels, operational performance and cost efficiency, while defining and tracking improvement plans. /li /brliManage and contribute to the development of administrative processes, including transportation cost accruals, invoice verification and contract management activities through TMS and other company systems. /li /brliMonitor transportation KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance with commercial agreements and departmental objectives. /li /brliAnalyze transportation data and performance, preparing reports and insights to support management decisions-making.
