Who We’re Looking For For our K-WAY store (Milano Garibaldi) we are looking for a professional to join us as a Stockroom & Online Purchase Assistant , with proven experience in logistics and e-commerce order management.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the operational management of the stockroom and all activities related to the preparation and shipping of online orders, ensuring precise and efficient service to the end customer.
They will also work closely with the sales team to ensure an optimal flow of merchandise.
Key Responsabilities
- Receiving incoming goods,
performing quantity and quality checks, and organizing them in the appropriate storage areas.
- Entering and updating data in the inventory management system.
- Carefully preparing outgoing parcels for shipments and in-store pickups, with particular attention to online orders.
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting periodic inventory counts.
- Continuously collaborating with the sales team to promptly retrieve requested items.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian.
- Knowledge of English language.
- Familiarity with digital tools and logistics management software.
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in structured retail environments or similar sectors.
- Precision, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, tempo pieno (40 hours per week).
Immediate availability or availability in the short term.
This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
