Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Your roleWe are looking for a Finishing Production Engineer who will support and optimize the production processes in the Finishing Department at our Operations Plant in Sedico (BL), Italy.This role offers the opportunity to analyze key metrics, improve production efficiency,

and develop managerial skills while working with our assembly line.Main responsibilitiesSupport in monitoring and analyzing efficiency and OEE KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.Assist in production scheduling, detection of deviations, and proposal of corrective actions to ensure process reliability.Contribute to the monitoring of quality KPIs and collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with standards.Learn and apply the principles of delegation and teamwork within the production environment.Support the supervision of product quality checks within the assigned production area.Gain understanding of work cycles, production methods.Support activities related to workplace safety and participate in risk assessment initiatives.Main requirementsMaster’s degree in Engineering or Data Sience fieldStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood relationship skillsIntermediate knowledge of Excel (main functions, pivot tables, advanced sorting etc..).Knowledge of SAP is a plusWhat’s in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
