Senior Operations Engineer

You will join the Information System Hosting area and take responsibility for the management, implementation and maintenance of the hosting platform: middleware application servers (Web Logic, Tomcat), enterprise file-sharing, identity and security services, containers and automation. Mandatory requirements Minimum 22 years of IT professional experience Secondary degree (or higher)



giving access to higher education English B2 or higher Strong hands-on experience in: Middleware (Oracle Web Logic, Tomcat – deployment, clustering, SSL/TLS, JMS, JVM/GC tuning) File-sharing systems (e.g. own Cloud with S3, Redis, AV/DLP) Enterprise systems (HA/fault tolerance, Directory Servers/Id P, hybrid cloud) Systems security (PKI, SSO/SAML/OIDC/JWT, hardening, reverse proxies, WAF, zero-trust) Basic knowledge of relational databases, Git Lab CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes/Open Shift), Linux/Ansible and PRTG monitoring Work mode 2 days per week on-site in Ispra.
