is seeking a post‐sales Customer Success Leader based in Italy or fully remote in Italy.

You will own adoption and value realization for priority accounts and deliver a tailored Success Blueprint with executive‐level collaboration.

Responsibilities include driving customer success, mitigating risk, and aligning cross‐functional teams (Sales, Services, Engineering, Marketing, Product) to meet strategic goals.
