Available Tracks• Sales & Lead Generation Intern (5% Commission): A rigorous, hands-on immersive experience requiring a minimum 6-month commitment. This is an unpaid internship designed to build elite commercial skills, backed by a 5% commission on all closed deals and full support for university internship credits.
• Senior Sales & Marketing Professional (10% Commission): For autonomous, battle-tested commercial experts with a proven history of hunting, negotiating, and closing B2B deals. Enjoy high-yielding returns with a lucrative 10% commission structure.





Comprehensive Role Breakdown & Daily ResponsibilitiesRegardless of the track you choose, your day-to-day will revolve around driving revenue and expanding our footprint through active, frontline commercial execution:
• Targeted Lead Generation & Prospecting: Dive deep into market research to identify, map, and build high-quality target lists of prospective enterprise clients, key decision-makers, and strategic partners. You will define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and source actionable contact intelligence.
• High-Volume Cold Calling & Outbound Outreach: Step away from passive marketing and take direct action. Execute strategic cold calling campaigns, navigate gatekeepers, deliver compelling value propositions on the fly, handle early-stage objections, and turn cold prospects into warm, booked meetings.
• Proposal Structuring & Commercial Negotiation: Take the lead in high-stakes discussions
