role: We're launching our integrated ePOS solution in Italy, and
building the first ePOS sales team here to drive it. As one of our
founding Sales Development Representatives , you own the top of the
pipeline - generating and qualifying the opportunities the whole
team runs on. You'll work the inbound leads our campaigns bring in
and chase down new business,
qualifying both before handing
sales-ready opportunities over for demo and close. This is a
backed, deliberate move into a new market - and how Italy sells
gets shaped by the people in the first row of seats. What you'll
do: Prospect relentlessly across your verticals - phone, email,
LinkedIn, and industry events - and start real conversations with
SMB merchants. Move quickly on inbound interest and focus your
effort where the fit is genuine. Run sharp discovery - how a
merchant runs today, what's holding them back, and what a better
setup would unlock. Hand off warm, fully-briefed opportunities for
demo and close - handoffs your team can win on. Own your pipeline
in the CRM and report weekly on outreach, conversion, and progress.
