Overview
In this role you will shape the medical component of the Local Patient Value Plan and translate European guidance into local, patient-focused medical initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that create patient value within the dermatology space. You will drive local projects, ensure alignment with EU strategy, and coach the Local Patient Value Unit to translate scientific insights into practical engagement. This is an impact-driven position at a global biopharma company with a strong patient focus.

Responsabilità
- Build cross-functional medical solutions that create Patient Value in the Local Ecosystem
- Lead local projects and initiatives feeding into LPVU strategies
- Link EU strategy to execution for the Patient Value Brand plan at Area level




- Translate medical literature and diagnostics knowledge into improved physician engagement and value creation
- Create systems to collect stakeholder insights and feed development plans
- Facilitate information sharing within the Local PVU to improve non-clinical stakeholder engagement
- Coach PVU members on using stakeholder insights to enhance value creation
- Translate PVU strategies into day-to-day activities and development plans
- Ensure resources and tools are available to support PVU growth plans
- Promote cross-disciplinary coordination to maximize value for stakeholders and patients
- Communicate vision and priorities with enthusiasm to drive action

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Life Sciences
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- At least five years in stakeholder-facing or healthcare marketing roles
- Understanding of regulatory and market access/HTA guidelines
- Strong communication skills and channel choice for stakeholder
