Octocom is recruiting a founding Commercial Lead for Italy. You will own the Italian go-to-market, win customers, and build local partnerships, reporting directly to the founders and shaping strategy.

You will build pipeline from scratch, run full sales cycle from discovery to closing, and scale the playbook across segments and channels in a remote setup.

The role rewards ownership with uncapped recurring commissions and performance bonuses, with base salary starting at €4,500 gross/month.
