Recruitment & Employee ManagementManage job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and recruitment processes; Support onboarding, employment documentation, and employee records; Maintainemployee information and HR systems; Support performance management and other employee lifecycle activities.2. Employee RelationsHandle daily employee relations matters and employee queries; Support employee-related HR matters; Organizeemployee activities and support internal communication and team engagement.3. HR Compliance & HQ CoordinationSupport the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Italian employment regulations; Manage offboarding processes and related HR documentation; Coordinate HR-related matters with BYD Headquarters in China and the European HR team; Prepare HR data, reports,
