Overview
In this role you will coordinate and manage the Parent Company’s planning, forecasting and Local GAAP processes, aligning with Group guidelines. You’ll work with Head Office and international teams to support the Group Capital Plan and IFRS/GAAP analyses, driving performance insights for senior stakeholders. You will oversee cost planning, investment analyses, and intercompany reconciliation within the Group consolidation system, contributing to continuous improvement of planning methods. This position offers cross‑country collaboration and the opportunity to shape planning practices in a multinational insurance group.
Responsabilità Coordinate planning and forecasting processes for the Parent Company in line with group methodologies
Manage Local GAAP planning activities and support Group Capital Plan
Monitor KPIs and perform variance analyses across closings, forecasts and planning cycles
Oversee cost planning, forecasting and monitoring across Head Office and Branch cost centers
Analyze investment portfolios and IFRS9 impacts; assess insurance performance using IFRS17,
Local GAAP and Solvency II metrics
Analyze non-technical P&L; components including provisions and extraordinary items
Oversee intercompany reconciliation in the Group consolidation system (Tagetik) including data validation and approval workflows
Prepare management reporting, presentations and ad-hoc analyses for senior stakeholders
Support development and leadership of a geographically dispersed team
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning methodologies, reporting processes and finance systems
Requisiti fondamentali At least 7 years of experience in Planning & Control, FP&A;, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit or similar finance roles
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, budgeting and management control processes
Knowledge of IFRS17 and IFRS9 principles
Solid understanding of financial statements, IAS/IFRS and insurance finance processes
