Dynatrace is seeking a Legal Counsel aligned to our Commercial Contracts team to partner with Italy and UK Sales. You will structure, negotiate, and accelerate high-value enterprise SaaS agreements, draft and review DPAs, NDAs, and partner agreements, and support internal teams with practical legal guidance.
You will collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to optimize standard agreements while maintaining Dynatrace’s business objectives.
