Overview
In this role you turn data from multiple sources into insights that shape business decisions. You will use statistics, economic reasoning and Power BI to monitor performance, identify trends and spot opportunities for improvement. You translate complex data into clear recommendations for action, supporting better planning for the people the business serves. You work with cross-functional teams to explain what the data means and drive decision-making with a focus on impact and accountability. This position offers meaningful work at scale within a Commercial Excellence team in Rome.

Responsabilità
- Analyze business and market data to identify trends, drivers, deviations and opportunities
- Apply statistical methods and economic reasoning to business questions, clarifying assumptions and implications
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, monitor KPIs and investigate performance drivers
- Contribute to forecasting,

scenario analysis and business planning
- Translate stakeholder needs into analytical questions and actionable deliverables; present findings to diverse audiences
- Ensure data quality, resolve discrepancies with relevant teams, and automate recurring analyses

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Management Engineering or related quantitative field
- Solid understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics and critical data interpretation
- Understanding of economic principles and drivers of business performance
- Working knowledge of Power BI and strong Excel skills for data preparation and analysis
- Ability to structure problems, test hypotheses and turn analysis into practical recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
