The opportunity :
AC PRIVATE, an ultra-luxury private concierge house dedicated to confidential lifestyle services, is seeking a corporate / residence receptionist to provide an exceptional welcome for a discerning private clientele: HNWI, UHNWI and family offices across the Fashion Quadrilateral, Brera and the residences of the historic centre. You are the first face of the house, with the discretion of an A-list house that works by referral only.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage in-person and telephone reception at a private residence or corporate headquarters in Milan.
• Handle visitors, deliveries, diaries and coordination of providers.
• Maintain the impeccable upkeep and atmosphere of reception areas.
• Screen, direct and respond with tact and efficiency.
• Guarantee a confidential and perfectly organised service.
Required Profile
• Experience in premium reception, concierge or luxury hospitality.
• Refined presentation, elegance and a sense of service.
• Organisation, discretion and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Command of office software.
• Fluent French and English; any additional language is an asset.
