We are looking for a dedicated intern in our South Europe After Sales team by creating reports and monitoring key after-sales KPIs. Turning data into meaningful insights, you will contribute to projects designed to enhance client satisfaction and deliver an increasingly high-quality service. Your activities will include monitoring vehicle repair times, maintaining incident databases, and supporting the dealer network on a broad range of after-sales topics. You will also assist with network forecasting to further impact the performance of dealerships,



with a focus on both the Italian market and other Southern European countries.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to dealer network development projects, supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening its structure and effectiveness. By monitoring key business performance metrics, you will gain valuable exposure to how data-driven decisions shape After Sales operations across the region. In addition, your analysis will help identify opportunities and support actions aimed at achieving the Company’s financial targets, giving you direct insight into the commercial impact of After Sales activities.

For this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Mechanical or Management Engineering.
