Role Description The Groups & Events Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at Sheraton Milan San Siro in Milan. This role coordinates group bookings and events from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up, ensuring smooth communication among guests, sales, catering, and operations teams. Daily tasks include managing event details,



preparing proposals and contracts, updating event systems, and overseeing rooming lists and function sheets to ensure accurate logistics. The coordinator supports site inspections, collaborates with sales to maximize group and event revenue, and provides attentive customer service before, during, and after events. The role requires close interaction with internal departments to ensure high-quality execution of meetings, conferences, and social events aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to coordinate multiple group and event projects effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with guests and internal teams.
