Pubblicato il 05-10-2026 - Roboze in Ancona
Roboze is building the Physical AI backbone for autonomous manufacturing in strategic industries.
Every era of progress has been defined by how societies build. From steel and electricity to automation and digitalization, industrial capability has always determined what nations can achieve.
Today, defense, aerospace, energy, transportation, and critical infrastructure require a new generation of manufacturing infrastructure, one that is autonomous, distributed, resilient, and qualified.
Roboze combines advanced production systems, high-performance materias, process intelligence, and autonomous manufacturing software to enable localized production of mission-critical components at industrial scale.
Position Overview Roboze is looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Vice President of Operations to build and scale the company’s global operational backbone. This is not a traditional manufacturing leadership role.
The VP Operations must be a transformation executive capable of scaling Roboze into a globally replicable industrial platform, ensuring operational discipline,
execution reliability, supply chain resilience, manufacturing performance, customer production continuity, and global operational governance.
The role combines manufacturing operations, supply chain and procurement leadership, operational scaling, digital manufacturing, ERP-driven governance, factory operating model replication, distributed manufacturing operations, and cross-functional execution leadership.
The VP Operations will work directly with the COO and executive leadership team to build the systems, processes, governance, and operational infrastructure required to scale Roboze globally across machines, materials, distributed manufacturing partners, and customer production networks.
