The Global Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of Mattel Masterbrand’s highest-profile global marketing activations, bringing the brand to life through breakthrough consumer experiences, integrated campaigns, media partnerships, retail programs, and live events. This leader will oversee the activation of Mattel’s global Masterbrand platform across evergreen initiatives, annual brand campaigns,
and tentpole moments including the LA28 Olympic Games. Working across regions and functions, this role will ensure best-in-class execution, operational excellence, and consistent brand expression across every consumer touchpoint. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role requires an experienced marketer who can manage complex global programs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, steward agency partners, and deliver world-class marketing experiences at scale. What Your Impact Will Be
- Drive planning and execution of annual global Masterbrand campaigns and evergreen initiatives including 360 integrations, media, experiential, retail and CRM.
- Lead global activation of Mattel’s LA28 Olympic Games partnership, a 13-month campaign representing the largest pan-brand initiative ever in Mattel’s history.
- Gather and synthesize market insights to maximize the benefits of a local-to-global, global-to-local system.
