The Senior Manager for Risk and Compliance has the primary responsibility of acting as the official within Aon Insurance Managers Italy (AIM Italy) to ensure that AIM Italy and (re)insurance undertakings under management comply with all the laws under which they operate as well as ensuring that Risk Management is conducted in a structured, systematic, and continuous manner.

What the day will look like
- Holding the role of Risk and Compliance Manager within AIM Italy
- Acting as Risk and Compliance Manager for clients under management or supporting the relevant clients Function Holders
- Ensuring compliance with Insurance Legislation and Regulations and any other regulatory standards issued by IVASS applicable to AIM Italy and clients under management
- Using initiative, knowledge, and collaboration with the client teams to advise & support on a wide range of Compliance and regulatory matters
- Reporting to the Board of AIM Italy and clients under management on all compliance and regulatory matters as required
- Liaising with IVASS on regulatory matters
- Drawing up and implementing compliance plans to ensure corporate compliance with all applicable regulations
- Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual regulatory reporting submissions
