Job Purpose
The Process Leader supports the optimization of end-to-end value streams through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on reducing waste and lead times, improving flow and efficiency,
and creating value from raw materials to final delivery.
The position works cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Maintenance, and Management teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support and facilitate Lean and Kaizen initiatives, applying 5S, SMED, TPM, JIT, and Standard Work.
- Analyze and improve production flow, line balancing, cycle/takt times, WIP, and operator allocation.
- Support cross-functional continuous improvement projects, monitoring timing, resources, costs, and expected benefits.
- Monitor key KPIs, including OEE, Lead Time, Takt Time, Cycle Time, Productivity, and WIP.
- Define and standardize SOPs and Standard Work to sustain improvements.
- Analyze operational data and identify root causes using 5 Why
