The successful candidate will be highly motivated to contribute to the growth of our Company in Italy while developing their own professional skills in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.The new colleague will have the opportunity to manage a wide range of activities within the Commercial Area, with a primary focus on quantitative analysis, business insights and Sales analytics, supporting a rapidly developing Company with a strong product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.## Key Responsibilities* Manage the CRM tool, supporting its full implementation and adoption across the organization and becoming the company reference point for CRM-related activities.* Collect, analyze and cross-reference multiple internal and external data sources to identify healthcare stakeholders, accounts and market opportunities, providing recommendations for strategic actions.* Collect, analyze and cross-reference multiple internal and external data sources to develop product- and region-level sales forecasts and support target-setting activities.* Leverage knowledge of the local market env
