Season: May 25th to September 10th (shorter contracts available)
Opening Hours: 18:00 - 01:00
Contract: Italian CCNL Industria Turistica, D1 level

Born on the harbor of Porto Cervo, the Nikki Beach Cocktail Club is a refined yet laid-back destination where guests come to enjoy sunset drinks and beautifully crafted cocktails. As the evening begins, the bar comes to life with an intimate coastal atmosphere, warm lighting, and a mixology program built around quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Commis Runner to support our Cocktail Waiters and floor team.



You will be essential in keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting service, assisting with set-up and closing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the back-of-house operations run seamlessly. xivgfpx
This role is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in a fast-paced, high-end environment and to develop a deep understanding of premium hospitality operations.
Prerequisites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Team player with a flexible, proactive approach
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
- Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)

Recruitment Timeline
