Responsabilità e qualifiche
What awaits you:
As part of the Continuous Improvement and Standardization Team, you will support the implementation and evolution of the Novelis Operating System (NOS), contributing to operational excellence initiatives across the plant.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in manufacturing excellence, process optimization and data‑driven decision making while working closely with cross‑functional teams.
Your main activities will include:
- Supporting the review, simplification and standardization of operational procedures, work instructions and management systems
- Contributing to the rationalization and harmonization of existing standards to improve efficiency and usability across departments
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision making
