Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director HR SPC & RRD Italy & Greece,



the HR Associate supports the delivery of HR processes and initiatives across Recordati’s Specialty&Primary; Care and Rare Diseases businesses in Italy.

Working closely with managers, employees and internal stakeholders, the role contributes to the effective execution of HR operations and key people processes, supporting employee lifecycle activities and ensuring a positive employee experience within an international pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities and internship programs, partnering with hiring managers, universities, business schools and external agencies.
- Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new joiners.
- Maintain accurate employee data and organizational information within HR systems, ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce data analysis and administrative documentation to support business and HR needs.
