Personnel Security Specialist

Process and maintain company and government inspectable records and procedures for employees to obtain and maintain government security clearances and positions of trust. You Have
- 5+ years of experience in personnel security program administration, including working with EQiP, Consolidated Adjudication Facility (CAF) interaction, derogatory information processing, and adjudicative guidelines
- 3+ years of experience with DISS, NBIS, SWFT, or Scattered Castles
- 3+ years of experience with security clearance programs, concepts, and principles
- Experience with directives covering DNI, DoD, and SCI personnel security, specifically Department of the Navy ICD 704 SCI personnel security policy and the Foreign Exception Package (FEP) process




- Experience advising senior combatant command or component security officers
- Experience with collateral and sensitive compartmented facility management
- Experience planning for and executing security countermeasures
- Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have
- Experience implementing federal security guidelines
- Experience with LENEL electronic security systems
- 24+ hours Site Security Manager (SSM) Certification
- ICD 705 Certifications
- DCSA SPēD or SFPC Certification
