Partner Success Executive at BairesDev

In this role, you'll manage the relationship with our Senior Advisors, a group of referral partners committed to generating leads through introductions. This is a relationship-driven position where your ability to guide, support, and motivate advisors directly determines how well the program performs. This is your opportunity to own a full referral pipeline, from onboarding through conversion, and build long-term loyalty with the people who power it.

What You'll Do:




- Onboard new Senior Advisors, setting clear expectations around introductions, engagement cadence, and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Senior Advisors, maintaining a structured 1:1 cadence to track pipeline and engagement.
- Guide advisors on targeting strategy and ideal prospect profiles, and enable high-quality introductions through context, positioning, and messaging support.
- Monitor advisor performance metrics, including intro-to-lead ratio and engagement levels.
- Qualify introductions, engage introduced prospects promptly and professionally, and manage follow-up cadence until conversion or disqualification.
- Hand off qualified leads to Sales Operations with proper documentation, and provide feedback to advisors on intro quality and outcomes.
