Serco is supporting the European Space Agency on the Swarm Data Innovation and Science Cluster (DISC) project at ESRIN, Frascati. The role involves quality monitoring of mission sensors, data processing algorithm validation, and collaboration with DISC teams to advance Earth observation data quality.

The candidate should have a Master’s in a physical or engineering discipline, fluent English, and experience with Python or MATLAB for data analysis, with willingness to travel for meetings.
