Valentino is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the
Talent & People Development
Department based in
Milan
. The resource will support the team in the following activities:
Support the recruitment process with a main focus on internships and entry level profiles (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, on boarding);
Support the maintenance and update of the internship reports and dashboards in alignment with Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs;
Actively support the Employer Branding team in their activities;




Support the TA and EB team in the monitoring of the candidate's experience satisfactory.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics or Humanistic subjects;
Master in HR will be considered a plus;
Previous experience in recruiting in multinational company or recruiting agency is a nice to have;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel in particular);
Fluent both in English and Italian;
Agile mindset and "thinking out of the box" approach;
Excellent time management and organizational and problem-solving skills.
