Micron Technology, Inc. in Italy is hiring a Design Engineer for NAND datapath and DDR high?speed interfaces.
You will contribute to datapath architectures, timing closure, and block/sub-system level optimization for world?class NAND Flash memories.
Ideal candidates hold MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with hands?on experience in high?speed CMOS design, timing, and signal integrity, using SPICE and RTL/Verilog flows in a collaborative, multi?functional environment.
