ams OSRAM is seeking a Senior Staff Lab Validation Engineer to lead the validation and bring-up of RF, analog, and high-speed digital ICs in a fast-paced environment. You will drive test plans, characterize across PVT, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product readiness.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in EE and 8+ years in semiconductor validation, with strong experience in high-speed optical/IC platforms and lab instrumentation.
