Responsibilities
Preparare cocktails secondo specifiche ricette
Dar prova di somministrare gli alcolici in modo responsabile
Servire cibo
Maneggiare denaro contante e altre forme di pagamento
Eseguire le operazioni di vendita in modo accurato - utilizzando un apposito sistema di point-of-sale
Eseguire i debiti controlli sulle carte d'identità
Mantenere una sufficiente quantità di contante per i resti
Indirizzare i clienti verso le varie aree/bagni
Dar prova di un' impeccabile conoscenza del prodotto
Vendere in modo convincente utilizzando comprovate tecniche
Mantenere l'area del bancone pulita e organizzata
Mantenere sufficienti quantità dei prodotti - tramite inventario e scorte
Rifornire di liquori, birra, vino e bicchieri durante l'intero turno di lavoro
Eticchettare in modo adeguato, datare, coprire e mettere in frigorifero gli articoli preparati per il bar
Avere cura dell'apposito lavandino a 3 comparti - disinfettando lo stesso, gli utensili e i bicchieri
Occuparsi dell'apertura, chiusura e relativi adempimenti - allestire e disallestire il bar, pulire i bicchieri/bancone, spazzare il pavimento, etc.
Rispondere alle domande in modo corretto ed educato
Dare vita a ricordi indimenticabili
Intrattenere gli ospiti facendone dei "Raving Fans".
Qualifications
Avere almeno 18 anni d'età
Adempiere compiti che richiedono di piegarsi e alzarsi
Sollevare e strasportare contenitori con un peso fino a 22,67 Kg dal magazzino e dal frigorifero per le birre
Stare in piedi per più di 8 ore
Mantenere una bella presenza ("having a plan")
Conformarsi alle direttive in materia di uniforme
Mettere in pratica le direttive in materia di salute e sicurezza
Riciclare i prodotti, ove possible
Rimanere calmo nell'ambito di un'atmosefra frenetica e movimentata
Dar prova di un alto livello di organizzazione, cura per i dettagli e senso di premura
Mostrare un atteggiamento positivo e in apparenza amichevole nei confronti degli ospiti
