/p h3Role purpose /h3 pThe HR leader will act as a trusted partner to the manufacturing/plant leadership team.
The role will operate from one of the Group's manufacturing sites in the region, while ensuring a broad view of the multi-site industrial perimeter.
The role will translate business and industrial priorities into effective workforce, organization and people actions, while ensuring consistent HR practices, constructive employee and industrial relations, regulatory compliance and a strong employee experience.

/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 h3Business partnering and organization /h3 ulliPartner with Operations and plant leadership to understand business priorities and convert them into an integrated HR agenda.
/li /ul ulliAdvise leaders on organization design, workforce planning, productivity,skillsandpeopleimplications of industrial and business decisions.
/li /ul ulliSupport organizational transformation, technologyadoptionand change initiatives, ensuring clear communication, leadershipalignmentand employee involvement.
/li /ul ulliPromote a high-performance,accountableand inclusive culture aligned with Ariston Group values and expected leadership behaviors.
/li /ul h3Workforce,talentand capability /h3 ulliLead workforce planning across the manufacturing site,



balancing current operational requirements with future capability needs.
/li /ul ulliCoordinate recruitment priorities with Talent Acquisition, ensuringtimelyhiring for both blue-collar and white-collar positions and a consistent candidate experience.
/li /ul ulliBuild plant and regional capability plans through skills assessment, upskilling, reskilling, technicaltrainingand leadership development.
/li /ul ulliSupport internal mobility and cross-site collaboration to strengthen the talent pipeline andretaincriticalknow-how.
/li /ul h3Employee and industrial relations /h3 ulliLead and coordinate industrial relations, building constructive,transparentand sustainable relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
/li /ul ulliEnsure compliance with Italianlabourlaw, collective agreements, companypoliciesand local procedures, in partnership with HR Administration, Legal and relevant experts.
/li /ul ulliGuide the plant management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, attendance,grievancesand other sensitivepeopletopics, applying consistent and fair approaches.
/li /ul ulliAnticipatelabour-relations risks and defineappropriate engagementand negotiation strategies in line with business priorities.
/li /ul h3HR operations,analyticsand continuous improvement /h3 ulliEnsure consistent deployment of Group HR processes and policies across the site, adapting execution to the manufacturing context whereappropriate.
/li /ul ulliOwn manufacturing HR dashboards andprovideactionable insights on headcount,labourcost, overtime, absenteeism, turnover, injuries, skills,engagementand other relevant people indicators.
/li /ul ulliPartner with Finance and Operations onlabour-cost planning,forecastingand productivity actions for direct and indirect workforces.
/li /ul ulliContribute to World Class Manufacturing and People Development priorities, including skills matrices, training plans, suggestionsystemsandcontinuous-improvementinitiatives.
/li /ul ulliSimplify and digitalize HR processes, improve dataqualityand promote effective use of Group HR systems and analytics.
/li /ul ulliEnsure mandatory training and people-related requirements connected with quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems are properly supported.

/li /ul ulliSignificant HR leadership experience in manufacturing or another complex industrial environment, including responsibility for employee and industrial relations.
/li /ul ulliSolid knowledge of Italianlabourlaw, collectivebargainingand union relations.
/li /ul ulliDemonstrated experience in business partnering, workforce planning, organizational change, talentmanagementandlabour-cost management.
/li /ul ulliUnderstanding oflean manufacturing, World ClassManufacturingor comparablecontinuous-improvementmethodologies.
/li /ul ulliStrong analytical capability and confidence in using HR data and digital tools to support decisions.
/li /ul ulliFluency in Italian and professionalproficiencyin English.

You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive program.
