/p h3Summary /h3 pAs a bDigital Manager /b, you will play a pivotal role in driving and coordinating digital initiatives that support Vantive's Italian Sales organization.
This position is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering digital projects that align with business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and support commercial growth.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Digital and other cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipUnderstand business and commercial priorities, translating them into digital initiatives that address customer needs and support Sales objectives.
/p /li lipCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Digital Specialists, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.




/p /li lipLead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and optimal use of resources.
/p /li lipSupport both pre-sales and post-sales digital activities by managing digital tools, platforms, and initiatives across Home Therapies and Acute Therapies.
/p /li lipMonitor project performance, proactively identify risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
/p /li lipProvide clear and regular communication on project status, timelines, risks, and expectations to internal stakeholders.
/p /li lipEnsure all digital solutions and project deliverables meet defined quality standards and comply with IT security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.Promote strong collaboration between commercial teams, technical experts, and internal partners to drive successful digital adoption and business outcomes.
/p /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul lipProven experience as a Digital Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology sector.
/p /li lipBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
/p /li lipExperience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) integrations, digital health platforms, or telemedicine solutions is highly desirable.




/p /li lipStrong understanding of digital technologies and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
/p /li lipSolid project management expertise, including project planning, execution, risk management, monitoring, and reporting.
/p /li lipExperience working closely with commercial teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
/p /li lipExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
/p /li lipDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Employment for this position is governed by the Italian Chemical and Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
