pbJob Description Summary /b /p pThe role is responsible for providing formal technical and clinical training to customers that have purchased a GE Healthcare CT products.
Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions.
Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses.
/p pLocation: Roma /p pbJob Description /b /p pbKey responsibilities include: /b /p ul liProvide technical and clinical information to customer by demonstrating the full range of CT product features and benefits.
/li liDevelop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the GE Healthcare CT portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation.
/li liMonitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the GE Healthcare equipment utilized by users.
/li liSupport trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training.
/li liUse product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.
/li liProvide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization.
/li /ul pbRequired Qualifications: /b /p ul liTSRM or Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineer or related.
/li liEasy to establish relationship with people, open and flexible to work outside of the office.

/li liWillingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide for trainings, sales meetings and tradeshows /li liSolid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers) /li liProven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process) /li liSelf-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve /li liTeam oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset /li liStrong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired) /li liAbility to communicate effectively using local language /li liFluent in English and Italian /li liClinical scanning skills in CT modality /li /ul pFor Italy based positions, /p pAnnual Salary Range : 38,******EUR - 53,****** EUR /p pC.C.N.L per i dipendenti dalle Industrie Metalmeccaniche private e della Installazione di impianti sottoscritto da Federmeccanica, Assistal, Fim-CISL, Fiom-CGIL e Uilm-UIL.
