/p pbPurpose of the position: /bOn a Company MEGA PROJECT's Construction Manager Plant, you will respond to the Head of Construction Department and be part of the Energy Carriers Business line.
/p pbHow can you support us?
Here below your responsibilities: /b /p pLead and overseeing the whole site organization, from site logistics, site installations, warehousing and construction activities /p pLead and oversee all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements.
/p pCoordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client interfaces.
/p pEnsure monitoring and management of subcontractors /p pEnsure continuous update of construction forecast costs for Subcontractors and Site costs /p pEnsure proper maintenance of the mobilization plan for supervision and subcontractors /p pEnsure project targets for schedule, monitor and forecasts cost, quality control , are achieved throughout execution.
/p pBeing a safety Leader.
/p pPlan, monitor, and optimize construction execution trough a continuous improvement process.
/p pManage construction budgets, progress tracking, and cash flow control.
/p pMonitor construction performance through KPI , Support the project team to ensure contractual compliance,



provide regular reporting to project leadership.
/p pbWhat are we looking for?
/b /p pbEducation: /bDegree in Engineering or Technical Diploma /p pbExperience: /bat least ***** years of experience as a Construction Manager within large-scale Oil Gas projects.
/p pbInternational / Geographical mobility is required /b /p pbWhat else should you know?
/bYou will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned.
