As the Quality & EHS Manager at our Tribogna Service Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality repair operations across the Service Europe & Africa Repairs organization. Your day will involve partnering with operational teams, customers, and leadership to maintain robust Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement. From leading audits and managing quality non-conformities to conducting risk assessments and implementing safety initiatives, you will be at the forefront of protecting our people,



enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the local Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and corporate requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and manage non-conformities through effective root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Oversee quality assurance activities for compression repair services, ensuring products and services meet the highest quality standards before delivery.
- Drive compliance with Italian Environmental, Health & Safety legislation, including D.Lgs. 81/08, as well as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Conduct operational risk assessments and develop procedures that support a proactive, zero-harm safety culture across the service center.
