/ppWe are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Rome Castel Romano Outlet store, supporting a team of 19 talented colleagues including store manager, department manager, sales associates andstore operations.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive an exceptional client experience, empower team performance and contribute to the commercial success of the store.
/ppWorking closely with the Store Manager, you will champion Burberry's values, foster a culture of collaboration and creativity, and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence.
