As an
Expert Data & AI Engineer - CRM and Marketing Systems,
you will join
Enilive
. Specifically, you will design, develop, and manage data integration, transformation, and enhancement pipelines to support CRM, Marketing, Loyalty, and Mobility platforms.
Key tasks:
Design, develop and manage data integration, transformation and valorization pipelines to support CRM, Marketing and Loyalty and Mobility platforms
Contribute to the construction and evolution of a unified view of the customer (Customer 360), taking care of data model, identity resolution, data quality and segmentation
Enable trusted, governed data for predictive and generative AI use cases, in collaboration with Data Science teams
Contribute to the implementation of generative AI solutions and AI agents, taking care of access to company data, integrations with systems and monitoring the quality and reliability of the results
Follow the initiatives from the opportunity phase up to delivery and post-launch, in collaboration with the other technical units and business contacts
Ensure performance, monitoring, and security of solutions in line with service level agreements, with particular attention to resource optimization and cost management, even in the pay-per-use models typical of SaaS and AI platforms.
Apply data governance principles, AI Act and corporate policies, in collaboration with the relevant functions
Contribute to the definition and dissemination of corporate best practices
Contribute to the identification and implementation of new digital, data-driven and AI-driven evolution opportunities, evaluating emerging technologies and high-value use cases for the business
Required characteristics:
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics. Other qualifications,



including lower qualifications, may be considered based on significant experience in the field.
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
Experience in designing and managing data pipelines and integrations in cloud environments
Knowledge of the main concepts of Machine Learning and Generative AI (LLM, RAG, AI agents) and related data requirements
Good knowledge of the English language
The profile is completed by:
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Databricks
Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices for deploying, evaluating, and monitoring AI solutions
Knowledge of MuleSoft for system integration, including AI agents (e.g., Model Context Protocol), and Tableau for reporting, dashboarding, and data visualization
Excellent knowledge of SQL, good knowledge of Python and solid data modeling skills
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data lineage principles and tools
Ability to define and manage service models for SaaS platforms (service level agreements, monitoring, cost control, including FinOps logic) and experience with PMI, Agile, and ITIL methodologies
Knowledge of business processes in Marketing, Retail and Mobility and ability to interface effectively with technical and business stakeholders
