Operations Specialist
Fully proficient Floor Management professional working independently on floor planning, exhibitor placement,
venue layouts, event-floor coordination and operational planning activities. Operations Specialist in the Events and Trade Show Sector for Maternity Leave Replacement. - Manage or participate in managing and coordinating the operations for the shows within the portfolio.
- Prepare the "Participation Dossier", verify, together with the legal firm, the aspects related to the Regulations and GDPR (Privacy) and ensure their correct implementation in the event documentation; prepare the Useful Information for Exhibitors.
- Draft (using AutoCAD LT) and validate the event layout or the assigned Halls in coordination with the sales targets set by management, considering commercial needs.
